Terms & Conditions

• Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from submitting the order or only one day of receiving the order according to the shipping companies’ records.

• The condition of the product must be perfect and free from any defects or problems within 24 hours of receiving the product from the shipping company.

• The product must be in its original condition as received by the customer.

• The product must be unused, completely intact, and free from any perfumes or incense that may indicate its wear or use.

• In its original packaging/box with all brand and product labels/price tags/care instructions included, they should be returned as well.

• ⁠Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• The customer bears all shipping costs.
